  My husband and I are Canadians who were overnight in St. George, Utah, enroute to Zion National Park. We went to the 9 am mass on Sunday, May 21 at St. George Catholic Church. I loved the warm feeling as I entered this small church... particularly the sight down the center aisle AND the back wall of the altar.
  
  As first time visitors, I felt it was a very spirit filled service with a wonderful choir/music, great homily and finally, a parish priest who took the time (after mass) to give us a special blessing for our 35th Wedding anniversary (which was the next-day).
  T'was an awesome start for our mini road trip to the southern Utah canyons and National Parks.

  It's a great church personally I have been catholic my hole life it's pretty great and would recommend this church to every one

  Here on vacation we went to St. George parish Sunday to the 9am mass on father's day.
  It was very warm, friendly and peaceful. We could really feel God's presence there. I loved the beauty of the church, the statues, marble floors, gift shop and hall. The best part was the beautiful tabernacle and statue of Our Lord on the cross. It was very lifelike and beautiful. The images of Our Lady of Fatima and Our Lady's statue were so inspiring. We could tell this is a very devout community and we couldn't recommend this parish more.

  First Communion I got to do my first communion and now I go to church to recive my good will trust.

  I am pretty upset with this church. I went over to the office to join the parish and the person was completely unhelpful and never allowed me to fill out anything to join the parish. I need a sponsorship to become a God father but no one answers or returns my phone calls. Now I am wondering if I should just join a church in Las Vegas or Cedar City to get my sponsorship because these guys are not very friendly at all. I would have never thought I could be mistreated so badly.
